Development progress:Phase 7 versus Prism,

1. Which is in a more advanced stage of development at the moment?

2. What date are the development charges expected to be due?

3. When is the estimated non-construction penalty expected (I know its difficult to predict right now, but please give your estimations)?

Very strange question Nabeel sb. Phase-7 is already developed & have possession. Almost 50-60 houses are under construction. On the other hand, phase-9 development have recently started which will take atleast 4-yrs to deliver first developed block.

AOA dear sharyar bro people feel targeted and dishearted when we say that phase 7 has all the ingredients to flourish and blossom just like phase 6 next is turn of phase8 and than phase 8 IVY green and than Prism phase 9 so keep UR fingers crossed possession of phase 9 in keeping in view passed record of DHA output

Any idea when non-construction penalty will start for phase 7,and how much will it be for 1 Kanal?

Penalty letter have served by DHA phase 7 n penalty will impose wef Oct 2018. Amount will be considerable at that time.
