What i know he is living there due to medical reasons. He is very kind and nice gentleman helping people especially those living abroad. Really really a great help from him.

He is living in Lahore, just using a US Based number. Same as what many call centres here do have a US Land Line number which they operate from here.

Anyone can get that by paying around 100$ upfront and around 10$ per month, easier to communicate with foreigners since call charges to US is almost like local from any country of the world. Also people won't bother you much thinking that you are in US. If you see his photos, you can see him sitting in his office, which purely looks like a local office.

Sultan wrong info. He lives in Chicago USA his kids family lives there. Kids in universities there. there you have it for ppl concerned on his living being.

I love CMY.

I met him in With my mother when we were selling a plot in Phase 4. He used to be sitting there facing DHA office in y block. He was a beautiful human being. Although LRE could not sell our plot at that time as they couldnt find a buyer. Syed brothers found one within weeks at our desired price. At that time LRE was involved in other fast moving projects.

So my intentions were never bad. I have met this guy and I know he is doing all this for free without any gains. His analysis is passed on to thousands of people and if he does live in US then it is VERY hard to run business from
US on pakistani soil with time difference etc. I heard his voice notes where he said he lived in US so i asked. Stop hating.

With all due respect to all brothers above, I believe that he is sick, most likely rheumatoid arthritis, advanced stages, extremely painful, I picked it up from some of his earlier posts, I may be wrong. The guy has family in US and has every right to be there. If he is working in Pakistan and living abroad, why should anyone have a problem with it. He is running a business which is helping people like you and me to buy properties. I can guarantee you there is no other property forum like this in Pakistan. So we should stop complaining and speculating, respect his and everyone else's privacy and priorities, and live our lives as we wish, and let others live their lives as they wish. If someone has a problem with him taking your money out of the country, then you should stop the bigotry and hypocrisy and leave this forum and never work with LRE again.

CMY is a person who deals with thousands of people on daily basis. He is a guru to most of us here. To know about your guru or someone who has strong influence is not wrong. When you're a public figure on social media theres nothing private about your life. Stop stretching this thread out of proportion and mind your own bigotry.
