What's future of State life Housing Society PH 1 ?
i mean the society looks very unstructured and unplanned. Inner roads of blocks are not in good condition, no security or boundary, public roads are passing from the society. It doesn't look like a good society at all. i need to know, is it only me here with such thoughts ?
I m planning to buy a 10 marla plot for home construction. No intention of investment, will start construction right away. My budget is near 60 lac, can't go for DHA. any suggestions for other societies in this budget ?

Also find it important to mention here that State Life is sandwiched between Dha 4 , Dha 5 & Dha 9 with direct access to Lahore Ring Road Kamahan exit and therefore its rates will continue to climb with the passage of time as more & more development takes place in prism. |

In my humble opinion State life is better for living than both Fazia and paragon because you are literally living in Dha location for less than half the price of Dha and can avail almost all the Dha amenties. Regards! |

Totally Agreed, it has the best location, no questions about it. But what about inside living standard sir ?

SL 1 is an excellent society to live in with their current low prices. 10 Marlas are good in F block. However most of them are between 70 to 80 lac. Even 1 kanal is good for construction of house.
Where else u will find plots with such lows prices , which are 3-4 minutes drive from phase 5. Only reason for low prices in non DHA brand. |
