AOA , I guess they won't start the development until they have a case in court coz its in litigation if I'm not wrong . Where as Malik Riaz as usual didn't fulfil his commitment for gvr development he claimed to start work within 25 days what a shame a guy like him didn't fulfil his commitment .
This proves how strong he is with his words it's just a gamble some win and other loses so it depend what u wanna do .in long run gvr is good if only if they start development or else it's just a piece of paper
