I sold a couple of my plots in phase 8 to buy a commercial file in ivy green that was to be available for 165 lacs.this was in Dec/ jan ,some 5 months back.
When I was ready with the money my dealer told me that dha has blocked the files and don't know when they will be available and according to him once they were available in the market the prices of allocation files will fa
ll too.meanwhile the prices went crazy and then my suggested that the prices are inflated and I should wait for correction and has advised against investing now.So I'm sitting on cash and frustrated .ive missed the commercial flight .Now can someone guide / advise what should be the best option ....wait it out or take the plunge.
Any information on dha affidavit file commercial ivy green woukd be helpful too.
