Difference of Market Value if two installment paid,

Dear Salman Maqsood bhai,

Regarding post 83075 of Monday last, you have updated the current market value of my below Phase 9 plots with one installment paid whereas I have paid two installment of development charges

Would that make a difference to current market price you have given if I have paid 2 installment?

Market Value Of Your Plot near .881-N Is 60 Lacs included 1st installment paid
Market Value Of Your Plot near .1180-N Is 60 Lacs included 1st installment paid

if u hve paid 2 x instls, to my understanding add the amount and u will get the price with 2 x instls paid.
