Few days ago you evaluate my plot no Q177 in 90 lacs
which is in same street as of Q159
please let me know the reasons of 15 lacs difference in these two plots.

Prices are going up in PRISM day by day. So might be its is because of this consider your plot as same value. |

@WAhmad, may be because your plot Q177 is near boundary.
its the back side of 120 ft road which is a plus point as well but honestly i dont understand the price difference of 15 lac. |
