Advise needed from Habib Sb of Surfer Bahi,

I am a govt official with limited or no budget to invest...I ve been saving my hard earned money in shape of GP Fund..now after reading Quran with translation I ve come to know about the strict prohibition of interest...I ve therefore decided to take out my GP Fund and invest in real estate ...I ve about 4 Millions in total....I ve been reading this page since long and really appreciate the experience and sincere advises of you people ....I therefore request to suggest me to invest my above mentioned hard earned money where I can invest for 5 years so that I ve enough money for home or business after my retirement...

Phase 9 J Block upper cutting is best choice but aim should be hold about 5,6 years, Inshallh will gain to min 80 to 90 Lac in 6 years [including development charges] more than double of today price. More than NSS.

Dear Khalid Siddique,

I would suggest you to invest only in on-ground and ready to construct plots. It is not advisable to purchase some papers along with dreams with millions of hard earned money. I would suggest you to buy some on-ground ready to construct plot in IEP, Central park, UET town or Bahria. May God bless you for saving yourselves from interest

In sha Allah I will research on abovementioned recommendations and make decision with Neeat to shift my savings to Rizk e Hilal regardless of profit or loss...
