AOA. Can someone kindly advise me.
1. I have a 5 Marla house in Khayaban-e-Ameen Phase 1,is it better to sell the house at this time and buy a plot in DHA Ph 7/8/9? Or shall I wait for the ring road construction for the prices to mature a bit more?
2. I have a 10 Marla house in Defence Raya Phase 2, its been vacant since bought because of no kitchen and cabinets in the house, the selling price of 1 K appreciated more as compared to 10 M, Do you think it will appreciate more in future? Where shall I get the kitchen construction done as I am residing abroad and don't know much about it?
3. I am interested in buying commercial plot in any DHA Phase where the prices are still not high.
Any advise would be highly appreciated. Thanks

U can engage a party to fix all kitchen and cabnits,and also u can rent out this house. |

Thankyou @kam, different people quoted me different prices and I have no clue about the material as well so kind of confused... are there reasonable shops where they have fixed price? |

Lot of prices difference with respect to material and design, u can check with SMC kitchen, show room in fortress market. all sample fixed there. but prices little higher. |

or i know one person he fixed few kitchens in 10 marla raya houses, if u interested i will ask him to send picture design and price. u can compare. this will help you to take decision |
