Dear LRE/Friends
I have one kanal plot in Dha 9 Prism B block near plot #856. I have paid two installment of D.Charges.Though my plot is on prime location and holding this plot may bring more profit to me, but due to some urgent need of funds I will have to sell this. From the sale proceeds I want to buy 10 Marla average plot in prism and left out amount for domestic need.
Kindly advise me accordingly. Thanks and regards

Any idea what is the excluded area next to it?
And is there a direct exit to Kamahan road or to Bedian road from the sector, or does it need to go through Askari?
