LRE Rtae is 40.75 RS
Market Rate 42.50 to 44 RS

@ Choudhry sb...it's good. let the buyers to buy from LRE on good rates. When LRE files will be sold the rate will automatically adjust with the market. |

@Ali...there is no panic and no sellers are available. If you have any and willing to sell at 38lac please let me know. We can make this deal through LRE. |

Bhai I am giving you market rates.
After I highlighted in one hour audio for market direction part huge gap of allocation and affidavit disappearing.
We saw many buyers in DHA Multan allocation due to more safety ready availability also because affidavit already not being issued by DHA Multan . Buyer preference now is allocation files first. I look forward to alllocation and affidavit to stay above 40 now at trading at 39 for 3 days. After 2 or 3 days of lots of availability in market at 39 Lacs for allocation we are are seeing its price rising too and unjustified 2 lacs gap between two files narrowing fast. When we give rates for allocation or affidavit they are market file prices available from LRE and 100s dealers in market. I have instructed Team LRE to update both allocation and affidavit rates from tomorrow so our visitors know what is cheaper to buy. Either one could be better depending on demand and supplies at that time and days. |

@CMY sb. many thanks for your clarification for the readers. I am already oversea investor of DHA Multan at times when file was 29lacs. I also pray for your good health and long life because my investment in DHA Multan was made at your advice and files were bought through LRE. In my these posts I was just trying to counter this so called "Ali" who had created negativity about DHA Multan throughout the day. My heartiest prayers for your long life and good health. |
