Dear honorable colleagues for LRE,

What is the value of my 10 marla plot in Phase 7:

Y-4102.

Also, please advise is I should sell it or hold it till possession.

Phase 7 near Y 4102 is around 66 to 67 lacs

Sell this plot now this plot is on max price.Buy a plot in ivy green he give better gain in future.Choice is yours.

But CMY is saying avoid Ivy Green at all costs.

If you hold it till possession this plot is around 70 to 75 lacs but if you sell this plot and buy a plot in ivy green 10 marla is around 70 lacs after 1 and half year this plot is evalute is around 1 crore.location wise ivy green is much better than phase 7 .choice is yours.futher information kindly contact khadim hussain +.

Yes, I would also like to know logical reason for location factor of ivy green better than phase 7? Take the distance from airport or Gul interchange for example or development time or anything else etc. that is rationale?

however is saying that 8 ivy has a better location than phase 7 has not done there homework. I personally visited both the phases and phase 7 location is far far much better than 8 ivy

10 marla in Prism K n J is best option. Mark my words. You will gain maximum in this area after 1-2.5 years and H block as well for 1 kanal.
