Based on Mutual agreement, Dealer finds best Plot for you at 2,3 Months Biana , biana Amount is usually 10 lac, Dealer does Not charge Compression, later Dealer tries to sell the Plot within that period, If Could not sell You transfer and yo dont pay any compression to dealer, If He sells there is no two sided Compression but 40% percent profit to dealer. Some dealers also offer 50% of Initial Biana, There are pros and Cons Pro for dealer is that their Neck is Not tight and without taking risk they enjoy 40%, For investor pros are if your dealer is active then you can very quickly roll in property sometimes making 10 Lac even in few weeks and also dealer helps you to get some extra time or money back if Phada is created [Through their Professional skills or by illegal strength etc] Cons are, this business is always active in flying economy and as you know with time prices become riskier, Like AWT started at 40, the after 2 months 50 and after 2 months 60 Now at this levels you may not buy for yourself if over all market dips then you may have to wait years to get your capital back. One of My friend was cought in 2006 in Mustafa town 10 merla Plot they could not sell in time it was transferred and after 6 years he recovered money as frices fell down. |
