No doubt central park is one of the best housing scheme with complete features like excellent location, hospital, medical college, big shopping mall, Wide roads, 500 kanal park with many small parks next to every third street etc but highly under priced.
End of this year 10 marla (only possession) price will exceed 6 million very easily.

Please keep in mind it is a Samosa plot at location facing village view. Offer is as per market rate, you can keep it if you think it will gain more but price you are asking is more than 1 kanal average price.

For less than 74 lacs, one Kanal good location standard plots are
available. Rest all is fine, good society.....

74 Lakh for Samosa plot (15 plot) is too high demand.

Same plot was available(offer market) in market in 45 lakh just 2 week ago.

in 60-70 lakh you can get 1 Kanal possession plot at good location

possession plot in Central Park now a days rate of per marla is 4.5 lacs go and check by yourself in Central Park if you think am ling i just visited Central Park today the situation is changed
inshallah Central Park will be game changer on the main ferozpur road
