As per CMY, DHA Multan announcing Installment files at 63lacs in mid July 2016. I guess the cash price at that time should be touching 50 lacs.
Experts, please reply belw with your predicted price in two words.

IF DHA offers installment plots at 62.5 then normally DHA offers 10% discount for full payment in advance, in this way installment file will be at 56.25 against full payment, |

It all depends on inventory of files and belongs to which phase. To early to predict but long term basis excellent option. |

A dip in price was predicted by certain forum members but it looks the price has become stable at 42 -43 lacs? Any comment / assessment on price in the next two weeks as after that the hype for public balloting would start and logically price will not fall at least till ballot. |
