in every post CMY sb has advised the group members to whats app him about any query and question. Being a lay man in property, i have asked a question through whats app from him on 28 May 2016 and have been reminding him again and again till todate, but no response from his side. I know as per himself, he is a busy man, if he can not answer the query, he may refer me to someone from his setup, but not acknowledging and not responding is reflection of poor customer relationship.
