You said Bahawalpur is not suitable for investment for people from outside. It is project for local people. Do you think this still true or changed with current changes.
Land situation seems be way way behind Multan.

DHA Multan best.

DHA Gujranawala and DHA Bahawalpur are only safe options left under 30 in DHA so they will see guying and gain. Nothing much changed other than this fact a lot of poeple cant afford Prism or DHA Multan in under 30 lacs now.

Trading got to increase in DHA Bahawalpur with transfer office in Lahore. Its etter than DHA Gujranwala.
