It is linked with stayorder, as long as stay order is there no development.

patch up between bahria and govt is required to proceed

After Eid, the development will start Inshallah.

Every 2 3 months we hear the same thing that development will start.
But no development yet.

While Northern Zone is seeing buying / selling activity.
Southern Zone is very very slow.

A stay order is in place and no development happening in GVR,

however

on the rest of Ring Road Route passing through Bahria town construction activity in full swing and new permissions being granted by Bahria.

Why does this stay order does not apply on the rest of the ring road route passing through Bahria Town lahore.

Can any of the legal eagles such as Arshad sb or any one else on this forum explain this anomaly.

Nabeel khan, I agree with you. Stay order should be applied on whole RR affected area NOT of partial area. Inshallah development will be start in near future. Moreover this is the first time when the announcement regarding development of GVR has been done by MR before one month ago. He told that this will start within month. I personally think this has been delayed due to Ramadan. Inshallah this will start after Eid
