Can somebody explain to me the difference between a PROPER allocation file for DHA Phase 5 10 Marla and an allocation file.
I have an allocation file of 10 Marla in DHA Phase 5. No block is mentioned on the letter.
Please explain it to me if you can because some ads announce allocation files with block names.

Can you please give me a rough idea about the current rate of a 10 Marla allocation file in phase 5?
The letter says " You will be allocated the plot number in Phase 5 after balloting". |

DHA 5 M block have gained good. Time to sell it. Its surrounding is not ideal. Lots of villages built up areas and graveyards etc at your site will NOT give you a good feel of DHA Lahore for your house there unless you have a selected a good plot with carefully doing on site survay about whats will be in your view if you build a house there.
