Hello experts. Please share your opinion on the future of Grand Avenues on Ferozepur Road. I heard more than a year ago that it's application for LDA approval is in progress. Will it get approved any soon?
Also, how long does it normally take LDA to approve a society?
And do you guys think GA has the potential to catch up with rates of Central Park? I know it's a small society, but road structure and greenery, overall small development is better than CP. Also, it's location is better.
Your views on it's future? P.S., 10 marla good possession plot is easily available at 2.5 million PKR.

Society is good. And in geound.i am also looking to invest there. Sui gas is not available theŕe.I think sooner or later they will get approval.house can be started there. Few houses already constructed there |

All societies with endless booking for years to 1000s of people should be avoided. |

They could Not acquire most of land the area they have they developed , the biggest question is what they will do with other bookings.
Still there is no final official map and neither approval from LDA |

Jameel bhai what if someone has invested just last month after news of LRR broke out. My friend has invested in possession area. Should it be considered safe?
P.S., I have recently visited the society and development works are actually going on, I was personally impressed that's why I recommended. |

It is the bogus society. Dont invest in it. Lda has strically forbiden any sale purchase in grand avenue. |

Possession plots ok to buy hold in Central park Lahore. Non possession plots possessions pending due to many areas land issues. |

It is better to avoid grand avenue ,but developed area A block is somewhat less dangerous as compare to non developed. |
