I missed Multan train, now not going for short term as installment plan is also coming.
I am going for DHA bahawalpur as CMY "strongly recommeded" DHA Bahawalpur and said its better than dha gujranwala which is already at 32-33. and DHA bahawalpur is at 27.50. |

Buy DHA Multan if you can afford, otherwise you have option of Bahawalpur and Gujranwala. Allaah Karim |

DHA Multan should be always first choice if can afford in your budget . Far ahead of DHA Bahwalpur and DHA Gujranwala in all fields.
DHA Bahawalpur good long term buy but even with very good development of new office opening it will still gains slow but steadily. Keep in mind if one plots was needed or wanted by DHA Bahawalpur applicant of installment plot he applied 3 to 5 or even 10 plots just to get lucky in one application (In many cases this happen). To his surprise he got all or most plots in bookings ballot he applied for.But reality is these guys are trapped and dont have money for installments to take it to end. They were unable to sell because a trip to Pakistan and DHA Bahwaplur was needed for transfer and prices were too low to sell. But now with each installment you should see not massive but small selling. This will always create an opportunity for new guys to buy these files for hold for full 3 years or more.
With development starting and transfer open in Lahore DHA Bahwalpur is likely not to go down from current price of about one kanal at 27.50 lacs for land files. Ten marla profit is about1.5 lacs and kanal is under 1 lacs.
