Same questions could be repeated 100 times for Grand Avenue and Central Park but that cant change the facts and my answer will be same.
Always avoid schemes that keep booking 1000s plots for years and fail to give plot possession for years to older customers that booked first or give possession to few 100 people just to keep on booking for ever.
How will your older booked plots gain when developer own team wont stop booking new one installments.
