Dear Sir CMY,
I have been holder of the above plot for last 2 years...I have been waiting for its development anxiously...however the matter has been buried under the burden of stay orders...as per my understanding, the future of the society is very bright with access to newly proposed Lahore by-pass and proximity to Bahria...its price also rose by Rs.1 million over last two years...however, non-development is a stumbling block...whats your take on this at present? Kindly enlighten...

Stay orders is the only thing stopping this ideally located project. And, patience is the key as soon as the court issue is resolved, the prices would sky rocket. The bigger plays are hindering its progress for their benefits
