In daily rates update, Prism 1 Kanal plots price range is mentioned between 65-140 lacs. That range is normally given for general plots and prices for category plots like park facing, corner and main road are higher than this range.
A block is the most premium block in Prism. If a plot which is next to corner plot which is next to a park in the center of A block is only 115 lacs (including 1st installment), then which plots are around 140 lacs range in Prism? |
