Dear All,
I have a bit unusuall question than on going discussions.
We have 1K plot in DHA Phase 9 and 1K in Statelife Phase 2. For visa application we have to show our both plots with estimated prise.
Can anyone tell me how we could give a certified prise estimation to embassy?
May be someone have already gone throug this phase. Your advises will be highly appreciated.

Give the estimated cost so much accuracy is not possible, But non move-able assets are usually do not carry much weightage |

may be the paid receipts ...... original cost and installments..can help them baselining your plots |

Get iits vauation from PBA approved valuators they will provide you the certiifcate |

I agree with Jameel bhai, my experience shows that embassies do not give much weightage to immovable property. Liquid assets and sources of income are generally more important for them. |
