Dear CMY, Jameel Mughal, Shah Sahub and other Experts ,
I have fewa queries about Phase 7 commercial files with respect to the Moza they are associated with. For example if I buy a file of Moza Sangatpura, then the plot will also be allocated in the same moza or it can be in any CCA of Phase 7? Currently there are 4 CCAs in phase 7? Isany risk there of buying the commercial file at this stage? Please advise

Bhai Sangutpura is sector X. Just invest blindly in Phase 7 no matter where you end up getting you will see so much gain in next 2-3 years in Phase 7 that it will beyond your imagination and all my friends who sing a song day and night about prism they will be shocked too. |

NZ, a file could be balloted anywhere that is in any commercial area of phase 7 and I agree that at this time phase 7 commercial offers the best returns. Just look at previous year returns and then decide yourself |
