I talk to DHA Gujranwala Representative and his suggestion:
"Launching/Balloting will be after 1 or 1.5 years and we still have to acquire around 50% land so don't invest now."
Current rise is just temporarily and will come down soon.

But when I talked with them...they said that they are gong to ballot in the begging of next year. already acquired almost 75% of land. There are some litigations but these will be resolved soon. I think the prices may go up no onwards....no back gear now. |

As per local market today rate was 34 lac for 1 kanal & lot of buying selling is going on.

Lower supply of files in market may mean that land aquisition is nearing completion and investors are not off loading tons of files on market... hence price increase....

Òne of my friend in DHA lahore told me that dònt buy in dha gujranwala.management of gujranwala is poor. Cant deliver on time.files rates are same from last 2 years. Only lahore is best to invest.why prchase if things are not clear |
