Highest gains in next one year (ROI) will be on Prism plots currently available in the price range of 90-100 lacs. Or on Phase 7 plots available around 150 in the residential catagory in a one year time frame as house construction activity will kick start on a mass scale in about a year's time.
Phase 7 commercial will have the higheat ROI in commercial cat in a one year time frame as possession is due in about a year in CC4 remaining plots. |
