Jamel sb i am holding plot number 1287 K prism ,kindly suggest is it good to hold and as per map is it has some excess land may be slightly odd shape and evaluate it price

Headliner 1287 K is Facing some unoccupied patch, you can see in Google and visit on site if possible to find out what is it. It will determine the future of this plot

515 is good location at 40 it is safe deal, Start Offer from 38>38.5> and 39 and pause there, as if it is on biana the moment investor gets 3 Lac profit he will give you plot.
Arif, plot facing graveyard or next few plots are not good for investment, plot ni 1,2 91 etc may also be avoided

@ Asim 1670 in nice plot Good Buy will be @ 37, If Direct deal a bit more is also OK
@ Arif J122 is very near graveyard, if you are buyer dont buy it a bit lower plot eg 1670 is better than it,
If you are holder and want to sell then you should find about 35 offer as good location in this area are 40+
