Dear Experts, my query about patch of "Youhanaabad" in block H of Prism, though unofficial but credible dealers are saying that it will be cleared and shrinking even now at present, if it is true or even possible in future with good chances then one can think to buy a plot near to it's boundary line for long term investment i.e 3 to 5 year, bcoz of low prices at present? expert's view and info are requested to share here to get better decision? I said for long term 3 to 5 Years. Regards Jameel MughalŽ replied on Saturday, June 11, 2016 05:59 AM
Azee these things cant be verified, If you already hold there then Chill and hope for best, If you are buying there then do 5,7+- and go to better area. My phase 7 experience tells that these areas shrink, However if you see 1st map of phase 7 you will have vertigo how much area they were showing initially and what happened later. |

Lower patch has shrunk, map shows different patch than where the boundary wall is erected, but if this turns into some kind of fiasco as happened in Sangutpura of Phase 7 then it can take years. Buying in that area could be good proposition but depends on area clearance and luck. If budget is limited then study phase 8 X block how much village closeness has impact on prices this will give you idea how much your investment can appreciate. |
