Dear Z.Ahmed,it is better to avoid EMC as its location is not good and far from main stream of life.There are a very little chances of appreciation in prices.In spite of it, Bahria Nasheman is better choice as near to lahore ring road, having bright future.

I purchase 5 marla plot in A block facing main park on Price Rs 2300000 two months before and now its worth is Rs 2950000.
