Hadi sb hold it as price will touch minimum 38 lac in coming weeks as no plot/file is available in this budget in lahore. So prices will further appriciate and if balloting happen n u get a good location plot ur plot file will reach to 40-45lac. So decision is yours.
LRE is not updating DHA Rahbar price now but in local market u can't find a plot in 32.5lac asking price is 33.5 lac now.
