Every property and file in Lahore have gained significantly in the last few months. Even Phase 7 that was under priced last year is now touching 150 lacs per kanal. The only exception however is Dha Town plots where the prices are not only stagnant but rather declined (as per recent evaluations by LRE).
What are your thoughts on Dha Town plots? Is it worth it to hold on the investments in Town in coming months?
Your expert analysis on Dha Town will be highly appreciated.

Mr Hassan, I don't see anything bad in DHA Town, it is Located in Heart of DHA prism, Honestly 8 months back the worth of prism Blocks were judged based on how near they were to DHA town.
Only investor interest has tilted to more futuristic properties otherwise they will pick.
The Only fact is that if DHA phase 9 Price is inflated this sector is deflated. Soon they will match as DHA Town is small so more likely that DHA town will come up rather than phase 9 will be go Down.
But if you see Trend of ready properties Like phase 6 and Phase 5 in Last one year Prices were stagnant, these were also stagnant in Phase 7 until 2 months back when it started picking up steadily.
just Chill this safest to hold. |

i think its only matter of time before it will rise however rise will be steady and gradual as across the road in phase 6 D block, 5 marla is touching 75 to 80 lac so 55 lac per plot just across the road is not justified. It has to go up sooner or later |

Mr. Jameel Mughal's advice needed > Soon I intend to build a small house for self on already owned plot in Johar Town near G1 Market, but not clear whether should switch (by selling and buying again) to some other better living society within 5 to 8 miles radius of Johar Town; which one then, and under current Tax/Fees/Commissions expenses would it be feasible to swap or stay put? Will appreciate opinion and advice please. |
