In your expert opinion, which blocks are worth buying in Bahria Orchard for 8 Marla. Please also state the current fair values, possession status and holding periods.

D and j block .u will get excellent location plot in 56 to 58 lakh now a days.

Dear Wajid sb, C and D blocks are superb forever. C is the center of all main attractions and activities.There are a lot of chances of appreciation in prices.As I predicated, most of the time,8m in C block will touch 80.lac after possession till Nov,Dec 16. Many friends disagreed with me,but now they should visit the market, a good location plot in c block is trading on 65 to 67 lac now a days.I think off ground plots in C ,D and B blocks are underpriced and the best for investment purpose as they will be on ground very soon as far as my personal information is concerned.Thank you for your good remarks.
