I am regularly following this website for last two months and learned a lot from this site. I feel that people are asking same questions agian and again so I request CMY to make a section of frequently asked questions so that people need not to waste energy in replying the same questions everyday.
Moreover the link to voice audios of CMY sahib should be pinned on the top of the page so that it does not disappear.
Important disussions could also be pinned so that these topics remain on top of the page for few days or until the topic is hot.
New readers do not bother to use the search funciton so these changes may increase the efficiency of website.
I am thakful to CMY for his efforts to provde a very useful forum to learn about market.

In good old days of LRE web site, there used to be pinned discussions on top of the main page:)
And search option used to be covering 13 years of discussions.

Working on to bring it back. Due to very high trafic these days searching 13 years data slow down server too much. Trying to get same function speed with more powerful servers.
Even today we are working to clean up some bugs like pictures attachments on new servers. Many links and posting still giving errors. Once solved I will put some links on top. |

I've a better suggestion for this forum. Please make cstegories for each Housing society, the sub categories for its Phases. This way all relevant information about a particular society will be available in one place. And under each housing society FAQs sectiin will serve frequently asked questions.
