I bought the subjected plot for Rs.2.4 Million in Feb for investment purposes. Kindly assess whether its good plot to hold for investment purposes. I intend to hold it for 3 years.

Dear Aseem, it is a bit weak location the price must have already gained 6 lac but I am astonished why you went for that when in Feb you could easily get in upper cutting prime location adding 1.5 to 2 lac, |

I sold my plot 26-- opposite your line in around 37 2-3 days ago. Don't worry. It has given good gains, but according to CMY suggestion I sold it. |
