I was wondering if someone could tell what's going on with dream garden phase2. It supposed to be launched in 2015 yet no clue when? Any inside information?

According to local dealers there, It can further take around 3-6 months to launch. Reasons unknown. May be they have some issues with LDA. Only their management can confirm it. |

They are not going launch they are saying from 2014.Still no confirm news.Inner stories are that they still thinking to make home then launch phase 2 but no confirm news |

@HeadLiner,I dont think so that they will launch as they say this every year and will never launch.Please share you source of information and what will be the expected price per Marla there if launch. |

@Arif They have promised and many time and then they extend the deadlines so we cant believe and more over price is very much high which is out of reach from common man pocket.I cant believe on there deadlines many societies build after them and got good jump but they still extending the deadlines.I were hearing about this when then decided on 5 lac per Marla and now reaching to 9 to 10 lac per Marla totally out of question and still no confirmation. |
