HassanHC sab whats your opinion about sui gas society.i am thinking to build my house in sui gas.whats your opinion.should i go for it or not.have any house been built there or not.

Thank you brother. We all learn from each other. You will agree, many times we are unable to reap benefit of the knowledge of of a sure shot move. However sharing this move might be helpful for others and that's the purpose of this forum.

Anyone can tell me please what is the future of PAEC ( Atomic Energy Society) opposite Bahria town and next to Sukh Chen. Although it is on prime location but prices not picking up.

Salman Bhai, there is separate phenomena for prices to pick up, and sometimes prime location of society is not that important. You should rather find societies where the prices are expected to raise due to Lahore Ring Road, Southern Loop.
