Thank you for reply. I got this plot in September 2015 at 145 Lacs. In June 2016, Do you think gain of 10 Lac is fair enough? I believe Phase 7 Block W has got a substantial increase during this period. |

Ahmad this plot will gain gradually no doubt. However some newer phases have done far well in last one year. Phase 7 lower blocks will gain relatively faster then upper to catch up. |

Thank you Sir for response. Would it be wise decision to sale this plot right now and invest in any other Like PRISM or Bahria? Till how long, I should keep it for a reasonable gain? |

Buy a plot in prism and hold it for 5 year you will get reasonable gain.
