Will rahbar 2 commercial file of 4 marla go further down from 227 or pick up again as work is in progress and infrastructure gets improved?

Really at odd to understand that 4 Marla commercial in Rahber at 225 lacs plus apart from speculation or few investors holding the file and manipulating the price. What are your thoughts? |
