AOA...Dear LRE, I am holding one 10-Marla DHA-Phase-7 file.
I want to check when the balloting is expected ?
Secondly, I can see increase in price due to overall gain in every society in Lahore. The current price is around 60L. Should I keep this file with me or should I sale it out. If you can share your prediction or DHA plan with regard to DHA-Phase7 that will be very worth full for me.

Kashif sb important point is that what will be your next move...sale tu ho jaye ge file but you should have a plan after selling this file...thats the key point of the investment...i think you should keep this file for more gains...as development in dha phase 7 will increase the overall prices...rest Khadim Hussain can give you the expert opinion on this... |

its better to sell and buy two files either in dha gujranwala or bahawalpur. i have learnt from my experience that a phase which has reached maturity gives very slow and gradual gains |

@ User 9325. Can you elaborate for better understanding why do you see 2 dha Gujranwala and Bahawalpur files gaining more than 1 file of Phase-7 Lahore. |
