Dear FK, I also own a plot in Phase 7 Block V , near Plot # 663 and my agent told me the current price he can get is more than Rs.130 Lakh.I suggest you to hold it as this is the best location plot in Phase-7 and it should be more than Rs.200 Lakh once population is in full swing. |

I myself waiting for possession and want to build a house. I am hoping to get a possession soon as the road are complete around plot#663 and the good thing is that this plot/street is out of disputed area, So not to worry. |
