any one who can tell about,prism L block, like it has Buller village in center, because of it surrounding phase, what will be a impact in short/long term, just want to knw in general?

@ user_14001 From day one of PRISM ballot I and Cmy try to Convince people here to convert your bad locations into good location. Good locations means away from village, Away from boundry wall, Away from graveyards, Away from drain.
Remaining all are Average or Good locations. I always like to praise upper blocks because they are excellent standard for living as well as excellent for Investment.
Tell me meray bhai Is there any phase of DHA have you ever seen without village? The anwer is no one. Then try for good locations in blocks that are away from villages.
May be may be these villages are part of DHA planning in future but why to try your luck?
If you have chance of switiching why not switch today by adding some more money that will give you good gains in near future. "In shaa ALLAH".
Now comes to L block I don't know your plot no? But If you have good location in L block than have Faith on "ALLAH"
"In shaa ALLAH" you got good gains in near Future. If you think your location is week than still there is a good chance to switch in upper blocks now.
