What is the proposed tax on plots in Punjab budget ?
It is mentioned in Jang news paper on 10 marla plots. What about 1 kanal plots?

this tax is applicable only on possession plots. Non possession plots are exempted |

After few years of possession, there is a non-construction penalty from the reputed societies like DHA and Bahria and then there is a govt tax on the top of that. It does not matter what is the amount but I am unable to understand the reason. |

The reason is obvious - the society wants people to have an incentive to build not hoard plots |
