How is dream gardens phase-2 is for investment. Izhar group announced to launch it once defence road project will take its shape. location would be attached to phase-1.
Izhar group track record is very neat and clean. timely delivery, no over booking, no henky penky like others, only issue which i understand is Hudyaara drain proximity. but that is also a factor with DHA Rahber.. and that couldnt make any down impact on rahber prices.

As you mentioned yourself, Izhar group handles things differently. Their policies encourage genuine buyers rather than investors. It is a good society for living. Investment wise not bad as well but if the intent is purely investment then there are better options available in lahore.
Hudaira factor will not have any impact on Phase 2 as it is far away from it. Even phase 1 most part is away from hudaira. |

Dream Garden is good society for genuine buyer who want to make home but for invester point of view they impose charges for maintaince,late surcharge for not taking pocession,non construction charges,monthly society charges etc They basically promote end user. |
