How Punjab Govt tax will be implemented on Residential plots? We have to pay yearly or just at the time of sale/purchase?

1000 per marla per year. only applicable after 3 years of taking possession of your plot. In case of Dha, cantt. board will collect this tax anullay like it is collecting on houses in dha |
