I have around 30 lac , where should I invest. Currently
I see two options DHA Bahalwalpur(1-Kanal) and PRISM J-Block (5 Marla).

You can only get worst plot if any available for 30 LAC in prism. Better go for dha bahawalpur as it is available in 28 lacs apprx while even dha grw is 33 lacs. So, 4- 5 lac increase possible in short term plus it's transfer available in lahore unlike grw.
P.S my opinion is for short term investment |

DHA Bahawalpur opening transfer window in Islamabad and Karachi as well. I am overseas Pakistani and my many coleagues from Pakistan for this facility. Defiantly it will increase demand. This is very good investment option in this budget. |
