Any brother have any confirm prices for 1K and 10M J Block EMEHS Lahore?

Beside DHA Lahore authentication, What I have to see in the file of phase 9 or 10 for potential growth in price.

Is it a good investment for 5 to 7 years in PHase 9 or 10 DHA Lahore.

What are the DHA Expenses for transferring the file.

DHA phase 9/10 has got maximum potential, excellent location,1000% security of investment,huge returns,ballot expected in 2007,development might start in 2008.

prices will surly be above 1 crore in 3-4 years.

DHA IS GOOD BUT MOST PAKISTANIS CANNOT BUY THERE. PRICES ARE TOO HIGH. IF U WANT TO MAKE MONEY BEST PLACES TO INVEST IN LAHORE ARE BEHRIA & CENTREL PARK. DHA IS STABLE BUT NO GOOD GAINS FROM THIS POINT.

At the moment DHA Transfer fee is approx Rs. 71,000.

infact DHA is not that expensive especially when prices of files r concerned.

DHA phase 9/10 is as cheap as 3700000

the prices r not stable but r on a sharp rise with each passing day

phase 9/10 files have jumped 5 lacs in 30 days and same is expected to happen in the next 30 days
