Aoa everyone!
I need an advice from respectable experts on this page.
I am looking to build my house in Prism after 5-6 years.
1) Should I go for file or on-ground plot?
2) I saw on map there is a drain beside Prism. Is this really a problem like Rahbar if I buy file there?
3) Roughly how much time will it take to give possesion of the plots in Prism and make it livable?

If you have budget then for sure on ground plots...but if you wana save money and take risk then you can buy a file...but i m not sure where these files will adjust in prism...
Currenly Prism 10 marla file is @ 54 and on ground plots are 50 ( worst) to 75 ( excellent ) location plots

Buy a on ground plot.If you buy a files you dont no where DHA give you a plot.Possession will be announced expected 4 to 5 year.

buy 10 m plot in K or j block. it will be best for you at the moment. |
