If you want to live like a 2nd grade citizen even after paying millions,go for DHA (unless you are from army of course)

This is interesting.
I have lived my whole life around this area which you claim to be for 2nd grade citizens and cannot understand what prompted your above comments. Could you plz enlighten me and the rest of folks here what makes you think like this?
To a "novice" like me DHA is considered by majority of the population to be THE Adress if you have to live in Lahore.
